It’s aspirational? We all want to do well? Then stop bullying us!

I’ll tell you what we all want, and it’s not to be some greedy, sneering, self-centered, divisive, I’ve-got-to-have-even-more billionaire!

The three richest American’s wealth (Gates, Buffet, Bezos) now equals the bottom 50%.

We want fairness, reliable income, affordable healthcare, and at least a modest retirement. We enjoy national parks, and lives where we have hobbies using our hands and expanding our minds. We like to share and care, and lead the world in volunteering. We prefer streets without potholes, and schools that pay our teachers a decent income.

The Waltons’ family wealth in 2010 was valued at $89.5 billion — equal to the entire bottom 41.5 percent of American families.

What we don’t want are privileged, sneering buffoons from any party who think they own us, think they have some money-fueled right to tell us poor lambs how to live (poorly), and have an absolutely ungodly, pompous, cancer-inducing, blight-spreading, narcissistic compulsion to make our business their business while being sure to constantly give us the business.

I totally get that it’s not nice to call people names, and all that. And I’m really irritated that people are being pushed to this point. But the thing is, it’s not name calling. I, as are countless others, have simply decided enough is enough. We’re gonna kick the bullies out of the sandbox and off the playground.

This is war.
